Dennis Lumula is a seasoned Senior Executive with extensive experience spanning over 15 years in Management consultancy, strategy development, start-ups & entrepreneurship incubation, transformational leadership training as well as Project and Management oversight within organizations in the East African Region.
He previously worked with The Sewili Group Ltd consultancy as the Chief Executive Officer providing overall strategic direction, operational and management oversight. Dennis additionally consulted for major organizations within East Africa on key projects from ideation to implementation, that included NGO’s (USAID/Abt&Associates), Banking (Barclays bank-Kenya), Manufacturing (Haco-Tiger Brands), Insurance (UAP Insurance Tanzania, Astra Ins Brokers Tanzania), Government (The National Assembly of Tanzania), Education (AFRALTI campus – Nairobi) among others with impactful outcomes.
With an ongoing MBA – Business Administration, The University of Suffolk-UK and a B.Ed. (Science) degree – Egerton University, Dennis is also a certified trainer for the Predictive Index (P.I.) program on Behavioral assessment analytics as well as a Centre of Excellence (COE) trainer under the ITU Academy platform on distance learning.
